As climate challenges become increasingly urgent, the time to act is now. The Ignite Foundation, in collaboration with Captains, Arise, Counter Point Community, Tree Foundation India, and Social Work Circle, is thrilled to announce Climate Summit ’24, a virtual gathering of experts, changemakers, and aspiring leaders committed to addressing the most pressing environmental issues of our time. Scheduled for December 14-15, 2024, this event will be conducted online via Zoom and will focus on addressing environmental challenges specific to Kerala.

This year’s Climate Summit is designed to engage Keralites with sessions conducted in Malayalam, ensuring inclusivity and relevance to local climate challenges. Participants will explore solutions for Kerala’s unique environmental issues, including coastal erosion, biodiversity loss, and climate adaptation.

Adding to the excitement, the 6th edition of the School for Social Transformation (SST) is an exclusive initiative for aspiring climate leaders from Kerala. This year, SST is focused on equipping young changemakers with the tools, knowledge, and networks needed to drive impactful climate action.
